Team Name Huddle exists because most team name lists on the internet are the same 25 recycled jokes wearing different hats. We got tired of scrolling through them. So we started writing our own.

Team Name Huddle is run by Brad Perniciaro, a software developer who has played fantasy football since 2002 and commissioned two long-running leagues along the way. The names themselves come from a small crew. Brad writes and curates, and over the years we have hired writers with real backgrounds in sports and comedy, including a professional stand-up comedian. That is why some of our references run deep. If a name confuses you, there is a decent chance it made a comedian laugh first.
